FAQ

How can I book my holiday?


Bookings can be made online, through e-mail, via the telephone or in person.

Yes, deposits are required to seal all bookings. Touring caravans require a £40 deposit, pods require full payment and the Granary Cottage is £100 subject to booking date.

We offer annual, monthly and summer storage on a pitch and store basis. Please see more details here

Late departures are handled on a case by case basis dependent on availability. If you know you require a late departure in advance please let us know, this gives us a greater chance of accommodating your needs.

The park is open from 4 February to the 4 January.

We can accommodate late arrivals. Customers must first contact us to organise a later arrival to ensure the best possible experience

The nearest supermarket is Tesco at Thirsk 12 minutes away from the site. The address is Station Rd, Thirsk YO7 1PZ.

We have a small on site shop selling essentials such as bread, milk and a selection of household foods.

There is an on-site car park available for customers coming with more than one car. They must be checked in and a small fee is due upon arrival at reception.

The park operates Wi-fi on a ticket system starting from £3 for 24 hours. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the coffee lounge where tea and coffee is also available.

Tents are not in accordance to our site licence and are not permitted on site.

Commercial vehicles must remain in the car park at reception at all times.

The Park is disabled friendly and offers two disabled friendly washrooms, one on the main amenity block and one near the reception area of the site. The reception area and coffee lounge both have access ramps and automatic opening doors which are wheelchair friendly. Please call us regarding specific accommodations to discuss your requirements.

Camping Pods


You will need to provide your own bedding and pillows. A cutlery/crockery set is available for hire at £10 per stay or you can bring your own camping pack. You may wish to bring a camping stove or BBQ, alternatively we have one available to hire including gas for £10. We have a small shop on site for food. The most local supermarket is approximately.

BBQ’s are allowed but must be raised from the ground and discarded of before departure. A gas BBQ with heating plate is available to hire from reception and is ideal for your cooking requirements during your stay.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed for pod bookings.

Cutlery sets are available to hire for £10 upon arrival. The set contains crockery, cutlery and washing up implements.

Pods sleep a maximum of four persons. This includes one double bed and one double sofa bed.

Granary Cottage


The cottage sleeps a maximum of six people. This includes one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and one double sofa bed in the living area.

The cottage is fully furnished, including bedding and towels.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed for cottage bookings.
