About Us

Hillside Caravan Park is an award winning 9 acre park situated outside the village of Knayton, near Thirsk and Northallerton, North Yorkshire. Our family run site offers luxury facilities combined with stunning views of the surrounding countryside in a quiet and peaceful setting. We have excellent access to the North York Moor National Park, the East Yorkshire coast, many old market towns and the city of York, all from our idyllic location in the heart of Herriot country. The park caters for touring caravans & motorhomes, offers 'Glamping' in our luxury camping pods and we also have a cosy holiday cottage. Children & dogs are most welcome!

Beautiful location, very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were superb, immaculately clean showers, toilets and even a bathroom! Site was so quiet and peaceful, it was very relaxing.

This site is set in a beautiful location surrounded by the North Yorkshire Moors. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and make the whole experience of booking and staying there a real delight. The pitches are well spaced and the site is quiet and very clean. We would highly recommend this site and will certainly be returning.
